I remember at a very young age watching a show called "The Many Lives of Dobie Gillis" and seeing a goofy looking beatnick named "Maynard G. Krebs", played by Mr. Denver.
A year later, he ended up on an island as "Gilligan" who's funny little character captured our hearts with all the castaways he was stranded with.
Mr. Denver passed away September 2, 2005 at the age of 70. R.I.P. ~ "little buddy"!!
